Our broodmare selection is an important part of our breeding programme at Beaumont Station, our main priorities when selecting a broodmare is temperament, conformation, movement, ability, bloodlines and performance.

Our broodmares combine the athletic ability of the thoroughbred with the cool, calm nature of the Clydesdale, as the majority of our broodmares are half and quarter Clydesdale, cross with Thoroughbred.

We believe this is a perfect type for crossing with the more modern Warmblood sires to produce a highly versatile, responsive and scopey allrounder.

Our broodmares include excellent station bred bloodlines and allow us to produce stock of excellent quality - strongly conformed types with great movement and plenty of natural power and talent.
